Upgrade Aborted?

Not sure how long it takes for the upgrade to take effect...but ut seems to be taking a long time..and under the upgrade it states:

Upgrade

Aborted
current build: 9877

","error":""}

 

Is this normal?

I updated WP to 3.6 first and then tried tp upgrade....even tried deleting and re-installing the plugin..same thing.

Any advice?

So this is usually a security plugin or caching thing getting in the way... try to rerun the upgrade with your browser console open and see what the responses are...
