Hi guys - my upgrade aborted early with no obvious cause. I read some threads about similar problems from other users but did not identify a solution.

See screenshot.

The DB user specified in wp-config.php has All Priveliges

WordPress Version 3.6.1

Resolved.

I disabled all other plugins and the upgrade worked.

so yeah, seems like another plugin is greedy and corrupting the ajax response of our installer...  good work working around it...
