If nothing else... I could just wipe it all, and start all over. And then import my few users and permissions directly into the database?

We may as well try and salvage things...
Find the table 'sfoptions'.
Find the row with an option_name of 'sfversion' and change the option_value to 5.1.3
Find the row with an option_name of 'sfbuild' and change the option_value to 8972
Keep your fingers crossed - reload an admin page and see what happens next..

Oh.. it did'nt :/
It looks allright, but if i click on a forum or topic the site is not found :/

Take a little time to work though all the forum admin option panels to make sure all is correct.
Go to the WP integration panel and make sure the permalink is correct and update it manually from the button on the page.
