Support Forum
I just upgraded one of my sites to SP V5.7.5 from V5.7.4. The upgrade went ok however on the forum page there are these messages on the bottom:
Warning: Illegal string offset 'id' in /xxx/xxx/public_html/socalclubhouses.com/wp-content/plugins/simple-press/forum/content/sp-common-view-functions.php on line 3646
Warning: Illegal string offset 'name' in /x/xxx/public_html/socalclubhouses.com/wp-content/plugins/simple-press/forum/content/sp-common-view-functions.php on line 3646
Best Regards,
Mack
Rather odd. There are plenty of checks in there to ensure data exists plus that routine has not been changed for quite a while.
Have you made any option changes to the new members list at the bottom of the display in the stats area?
Regardless of what the cause is you really should not be showing these sort of warnings on the display - that is just extremely bad setting up by your host company. You should instruct them to turn off the display to screen ASAP...

They are not errors but warnings... and will be harmless... it basically says your new member list is corrupted somehow... and one of the new members has no name entity... so it will output a blank...
you can 'fix' the sfoptions table entry if you like... in that table, look for the option name of spRecentMembers and see if you have a valid serialized string... alternately you could replace with an empty serialized array...
