that tells you that your version of SP is older than the current installed version...from the screenshot, looks like 5.2.6 is installed... so not sure what version of SP is now on the server...
you can look in the wp-content/plugins/simple-press/sp-control.php file to see the version of files uploaded...
how are you upgrading? wp updater? ftp? or other?
and make sure there is only 1 simple press is in the plugins folder... you cannot rename an old version and upload a new one...

I had upgraded WP though the Wordpress App when i logged into the admin side. I was getting a JavaScript error msg when i updated WP so i reverted back 4 days. So now im running WordPress 3.5.2. again Im still getting that error msg about the SP. So what do you think would fix this problem?? Should I revert my DB back as well?? or should i just reinstall and reconfigure everything?
sorry, not following you... you say you reverted back 4 days ago.. then you ask if you should revert your db??? reverting means taking the db back... so not sure what you did or what you are asking...

I apologize. let me start over. I upgraded WP thought the Admin Control panel to WP 3.6. I was getting a Java Script error, So i Reverted the whole site from a back up from my hosting company. I went back 4 days from the backups and got back to Wordpress 3.5.2., So ever since I did that and i log back in Its asking me to upgrade my DB to 3.6 before i can continue. I did that and Now when I go to the Forums Plug in settings, Thats when i get that msg warning me that im about to downgrade. Im currently back to running WP 3.5.2 and my WP DB is 3.6 I believe. So Should i revert my DB back 4 days as well and try and get my DB on the same version as WP?

Yes - you really do need to keep the database and software versions in sync. Both WordPress and indeed Simple:Press, may and often do make db changes during an upgrade.
okay i got everything synced up. But im still getting that msg. Should I just manually remove SP, Redownload it and reconfigure it?
that is what we have been saying... you need to put SP version 5.3 back on your server.. the files... or revert your database to before you did the upgrade such that the db is at 5.2.6...
