Hello I am getting this error just today uploading any attachement on the editor.

Is this error new? If it was fine before then It suggests that something has changed and is causing a JavaScript conflict. If not new then you have something that is causing an error and causing jQuery to stop functioning At least that would be the most common reason.
If you know how to use the browser script console then you can look for errors or we can if you can give us a URL to your forum page.

Oh, it works after I re-install the Editor TinyMCE Rich Text plugin.

I am not sure if that is the cause of WordPress 4.4 update? I do debug since I saw errors on some of our WordPress plugins, so I reverted back to 4.3 but then the editor doesn't work anymore. I cannot point out what causing the issue but at least it works now.

quite odd... the only change that might affect this in wp 4.4. is if you use the IE Edge browser... WP added more checks for Edge browser... without our update (coming saturday), you might lose tinymce in SP on Edge browser with wp 4.4...
