In my web site, when tried to view the user profile, it shows blank. Please check the page at http://www.cleartalking.com/pr.....m/profile/. If needed I'l provide the admin profile. It works just fine at the test web site http://www.cleartalking.com/ct.....m/profile/

well, obviously we cannot look at the profile page as a guest since it wont be viewable...
did you copy the db and site from the test site? if so, you may need to reset the profile menus and tabs... this is done on forum - toolbox - housekeeping...
if that does not help, please provide more info... what does blank mean? no page at all??? any errors in the php error log?

All the profile tabs are showing fine. Yes I coiped the db and site and reset the profile tabs. Under each tab instead of content it just shows as '0'.
I has sent a PM with login credential.

Another distinct possibility is a script conflict. If you are running different plugins on the public site to your private test site then try deactivating them briefly to see if there is a conflict. Or - activate them on your test site of you prefer. You can also look at the web console to see if errors are being reported - any script conflicts will get reported there.

This site is just a replica of the working test site and we didn't make even a single change other than updating the site url and perma link.

I assume more is actually different - you even said you reset the profile tabs and menus...
did you look in the php error log as requested? and also check forum - toolbox - error log... check both please...
something seems to be interfering with the ajax request and forcing a 0 response instead of the html response... we just need to see if more info can be gathered...
is this wp engine by any chance? which does some odd caching for live sites vs test sites...

I created another folder and copied the site and database again. Now forum loads properly and all the buttons are working fine. I also could able to view the user profile. However now facing problem with editor. l couldn't neither edit the existing topic (editor shows blank) nor add new topic/reply. I have tried with all the editor options available, but none of them are working.

are you sure its blank? or perhaps a theme clash issue and text is same color as background?
do you have link to this site?
any errors show in browser console?
really want to ask same questions I asked before too that were not answered... hard to provide support if you cannot provide info back...

I obeserved the following behavior in the test web site as well.
Edit existing topic - editor showing blank. When I tried refreshing the browser, sometimes I noticed the content appears momentarily in the editor and then disappears. After that couldn't enter anything in the editor and completely disabled.
Reply to existing topic - 'Add Reply' button works fine. But the editor is disabled and couldn't enter anything.
Add Topic - Button works fine and shows the editor with all the options enabled. After entering all the information and clicked 'preview' then it just spins in the preview area. When submitting the topic it goes to wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=new-topic and shows blank screen.
There are no messages in the error log (enabled) and also no errors showed in browser console.

what browser? do you have JS enabled in it?
