Hi
We've had a user complain that she is continually getting notification emails even for threads which she didn't post on. She went on to explain that she thought she had all notications turned off.
We checked and confirmed that all notification settings are turned off, however she continued to receive email notification for all posts in the forum.
We checked again and also changed the user email address to our own email address. We now see a notification email each time anyone posts in the forum.
We would prefer not to delete the user as she has alot of posts that will need to be reassigned.
Can you please assist.

how did you check that user is not subscribed? you can also look in sfmembers table columns subscribe and forum_subscribe...
