Hope you don't mind me asking but I think this was possible wasn't it?
My customer has made a user 'News' and is posting all news related topics when logged in as that user.
They want to submit this users created topics feed to google news in the hope it will be included.
Can I get a user specific feed?

I am sorry to say there is no built in 'user' based RSS feed within Simple:Press...

When logged in as that user and going to their profile page I can click on view all topics I have created.
Is there any way of creating a feed from the result?

No way that I personally am aware of that does not require some custom php coding to be made.

just wanted to add that if you view the profile for a user, their will be buttons to view their posts just like yours... not a feed per se, but you can see a users posts...
