We've recently migrated a website called Your Trading Club from an old host to Amazon Web Services.

We'll start building a new website shortly, but before that we needed to to this host migration.

The website URL is

We have multiple  admin accounts that used to be able to access from any country properly.

The company is based in the UK.

After migrating the host no users or admins can access the forum content.

The website has 18000+ forum users so this is a huge issue.

The list of threads and topics is visible, but when clicking a topic, a "No Access - Members Only" message shows, even though I'm logged in with an admin account which is also a member.

Before the migration it was working properly.

I also can't update the plugin to the latest version.

It returns this error message:

An error occurred while updating Simple:Press: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Please get back to me about this, almost 20000 users are blocked from using the forums now for some reason.

It was working fine yesterday before the host migration.
