Is there a way to have the post editing available for only x number of minutes after the user has initially published a post?

a while back we had a similar request, but was first and only... so its on our list, but pretty low priority...

we do have a custom plugin service that where is someone wants to pay for a feature. This would probably be better in core than a plugin but the service still applies... otherwise, we tend work on features we want and the most requested ones... but we will get there eventually...
