I was giving some of my members a live tour of my S:P forum via screenshare today. Afterwards, one of the members on the tour emailed that what she's seeing on her screen when she visits the forum looks nothing like what she saw on the screenshare.

I'm attaching two images here -- a screenshot I took of how the forum is supposed to appear,

and the screenshot she took, showing what she sees.

Any ideas for why she's seeing this instead of the regular forum?

Thanks,

Melissa

try turning off the combined css option on forum - options - global settings... seems like your host might not be allowing php parsing of css files...

Tried that. Nothing changed for the user who's having the problems.

Any other suggestions? She's unable to interact at all the way it is.

(I've DM'd login details, fyi.)
