Using File Uploader plugin - Click to enlarge only works half of the time

Cant figure out why sometimes the click to enlarge feature works and sometimes it doesnt...

 

can someone please help me figure this out, is anyone else having this issue?

some of the photos that are not working appear to be images inserted via URL link

It is because the image tags do not have full width and height data in them which really should be included when created. This will be fixed in 5.1 due out next week. Or - if you prefer - I can email you a code file to fix the issue prior to that.
