Using Simple:Press with CustomerHub (Infusionsoft) - Mobile Forum not working

I've been hearing from users recently that they are not able to access our Simple:Press forum from the membership site in Customerhub when using a mobile/tablet device (which they were able to do before). I've tried on my iPhone, and am receiving this error message.

I reported the problem to Maven Forum, and this was their response: "When I try to pull up the forum on my phone, I get the same error message. However, the string that leads to the location of there error is in the Simple:Press path. It would be best to contact them in order to resolve the issue."

Can you please help me figure out what I need to do in order to get our Forum back up and running on mobile/tablets?

sorry, what is customer hub?

the message is actually in regards to default in twenty thirteen which I have no clue what that is...

in sp, have you enabled mobile theme support?  forum - themes - mobile support... is it a different theme than exists for desktops?

Maven Forum created code so that you iFrame Simple:Press into CustomerHub, which is a membership site platform.

twenty thirteen is the Wordpress theme that is being used on the Wordpress site where the sp Forum is hosted.

Yes, I have enabled the mobile theme in sp

maven forum???  is that group that included our forum (which we know nothing about) in a bunch of other plugins?

not sure what to say...  does it happen on a plain simple press install?  without this maven forum thing?

Yes, when I go to to the actual website on my mobile device: yourpodcastplatform.com, that is the first message I see (the error message I uploaded above) - so regardless of whether or not I'm in the membership site or trying to go directly to the wordpress site where the Forum is hosted, I get that message. So it really doesn't have anything to do with Maven Forum. So you can't you tell from the screen shot I uploaded what the error message is saying? Is there someone who knows code who can tell me what I need to fix? Is it the theme I'm using?

I have 500 forum members who are not happy that suddenly they aren't able to use our Forum on their mobile devices.

Go to your forum admin > Themes > Mobile Phone Theme.

What do you have set in the 'Alternate page template' field? Because whatever it is, it can not be found. If it just says 'Default Template' then there should be no issue.

[Image Can Not Be Found]Default Template. Here is the screen shot. Is there another setting I need to fix?

well the first thing to do is to turn off that option as you don't need it turned on. Or are you really wanting to use an alternate template?

Oh no, I just want to use whatever template will allow people to view the Forum on mobile. So I should "uncheck" use alternate theme?

If you don't want or need to use an alternate template then yes - you should not have it turned on.
