Im not sure what that means. I just know it worked fine when I installed it and embeded the shortcode in a post.

post? forum post or blog post? I was asking if the plugin required specific wp capabilities to work... ie author or admin that might not be available on the front end... wouldnt think so but checking...
still plan to download and try... just need time... maybe today, but tomorrow more likely... if you dont hear back from us by Friday, please tweak us on it - know I have time on weekend...

No I dont think its a permission thing. Must be a code conflict of some sort with the forum.

well, never seen a conflict with a shortcode before - they all work fine... but thanks for the info, not all shortcodes are usable by all users - some assume they will only be used by folks who can create wp blog posts...
but as said, will download the plugin and try it...
