My users (who are not very tech aware) have said they couldnt find the "new topic button" when they have been on the forum.

I can see their struggle, it's in small font and down the bottom of the screen in the forum.

Is there anyway of making this text alone bigger, in a button or changed to be up the top of the forums.

For example, I can see this forum has the "add topic" link at the top right side of the screen on here?  How can I change my forum so that it is in the same place?

Also, if I do change any styling of the forum in the "bare bones customiser" on my wordpress site, will this affect the content at all - and can it be changed easily back?

Thanks

the idea behind barebones is its a minimal theme...  if you want a theme more like the one here, you we have more free themes and some premium themes in our store...

and of course, you can make css modifications to any theme you like... you can either make a custom theme or create a child theme for these changes...  also, for minor css changes, you can put them into the forum - themes - custom css admin panel...

as each sp theme is just a template file, you can also move elements around, or move or add elements as you desire...
