Hi,
I am unable to see any of the profile menu options, Profile, Options, User groups, Permissions, Buddies and Adversaries,
When I click on any of them I get a completely broken page...
Clicking on Log In also doesn't work - it doesn't do anything...
Same thing for Adding a reply to post - nothing comes up...
I had this working before, did number of updates, and I am on latest version of WP and SP...

I tried the housekeeping options but they didn't help...

Your site is throwing javascript errors. The main problem seems to come from the WP theme (I believe) that is loading jQuery from the google cdn instead of using the WP supported version. This codex article explains the probem: http://codex.simple-press.com/.....-conflict/
It can virtually always be fixed if you can locate where it is being loaded exactly.
Additionally there is some scripting inline using the '$' method of calling jQuery and this is not the way that it should be called within WP. I think this is coming from something called 'slider' which I do not believe is even being used on the forum page.
