just to be sure the rewrite rules are correct, can you load up the wp settings – permalink page and then try again?

Please elaborate.

will try... in you wp admin, under the wp settings menu is permalink... load up that admin panel and it will flush the rewrite rules...

Okay.. I clicked to Yoast SEO | Permalink and saved ...   Also, clicked to WP Admin | Permalinks and saved ...
This was what you were referring to?

The sitemap is still blank. Do I need to wait for the sitemap to 'generate' again?

yoast permalink? no, meant the second one...

with yoast, the sitemap does not generate periodically... it only generates when someone (or thing) requests the sitemap... built on the fly...

so as I said, ticket opened, will have to research if something changed in yoast or its a local issue... but wont be until next weekend after a business trip...

I am unable to duplicate this issue with wordpress seo plugin (yoast) and our sitemap plugin...  there are slight header and formatting issues related to recent wordpress seo changes that do need to be addressed but I cannot get an empty sitemap...

so need to check one thing... for the two users with this problem, you sites are public, correct?  That is, guests can read all your forum posts?  remember, google index bot is just a guest...  so it (a guest) needs access to the forum in order to index it...

also, that you are running latest sp google xml sitemap plugin v2.1 and wordpress seo v1.4.23...

also, after trying to view the forum sitemap, please check your error log and see if anymore info...
