did you check the error log as requested? unable to duplicate on two sites... so would really like to know if any errors... if not, then would have to debug locally on your site to see what is up...

what are your wordpress seo sitemap options?
would you be able to provide a wp admin account (with sp admin capabilities) and ftp access to debug locally?
