Whats this fatal error mean?

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_registration_url() in /data/9/3/47/33/3047196/user/3394086/problem-with-post-edit-buttontdocs/wp-content/plugins/simple-press/forum/content/sp-common-view-functions.php on line 1047
It happens when I try and view the forum when logged off. so basically, my guests cant view the forum.

sounds like you are using an out of date WordPress?? Which version of wp and sp? as detailed on the download page and in the details before upgrading, SP 5.3 requires WP 3.6...
