Go to the forum admin > thrmes > Custom CSS admin panel.
Enter the following where XXX is equal to the name of your special rank - this needs to be exactly the same and IS case sensiitve:
.spSpecialRank-XXX { display: none; }and save. Enter this exactly as shown with the starting full-point.

That didn't fixed it. I've checked the name 5x! so I'm sre the name is exactly the same (even capitals)
But this is not the biggest problem, ignore this!
I have a bigger problem. I'm going to change host, so I need to transfer EVERYTHING of WordPress... I have managed to easily replace everything by the plugin Backup Guard. But I think it's like the CSS that's messed up of Simple Press:
Do you have a solution for that? If not don't worry, I can fix it by time 🙂
