call me simple guys but I have searched everywhere to moderate and enable a guest comment (not logged in guest). I can see the comment and there is no link for me to approve it?
Am I missing something?
I have the admin bar plugin installed but cannot see how to moderate any comments.

Well that link tells me how to set the permissions but I need to know where to moderate posts made.
I cannot find a link to publish a post held in moderation????

Oh I found the link now.
You have to view the new posts and then there are links below each new post to moderate

assume you mean posts too and not comments...
but you can moderate them via the forum tools (as you found) or using the admin bar plugin which gives a single toolbar listing all posts needing moderation...
