Where is my Font bar?

Hi All,
I am working on a forum for my website http://www.projectnorrath.com/forum/ , and when I go to post something I do not have the font bar that we have on here. The bar I am referring to is the one at the top of the post section that has Bold, Italics, Underline, Quotes, Alignment etc. This is pretty important for me to habe, but I cannot figure out how to get it. Can anyone help me?
are you running the tinymce plugin? you can add whatever 'buttons' you would like for tinymce on forum - components - tinymce editor...
