I need to update SP plugins but they are warning that I need the latest v of simplepress. I probably have it but where do I go to see the version?

at the bottom of every forum admin panel, the version is output... lower left corner...

or you can go to forum - toolbox - environment...

oh and the latest version is always listed on the download pages...  same for themes and plugins (though in process of updating plugins now)..
