I am trying to integrate Wishlist Member with SimplePress. My question is that if a user on a particular Wishlist Membership Level needs to be given access to two or more Groups with Simplepress. How can we do that? e.g. We have three wishlist levels - Student, Professional, S&P, Corporate

Student has access to the Student group, Professional to the Professional group and Corporate to the Corporate group. I have also created their corresponding WP Roles and mapped them with the user group and within member setting. 

My challenge is that the "S&P" level needs to have access to both Student and Professional groups but not to the Corporate. How can I set that up?
