We use the a child of the WordPress Magazine Premium Theme: http://www.wellesparkbulldog.com

The Forum is not showing correctly when you select the URL: http://www.wellesparkbulldog.com/forum

Related: We are unable to post to the forum due to the above issue. We have had issues in the past where plugins conflict on databases. Plugins with their own user database include Classified Ads, General Blog, Calendar and Advertising.

I've saved a screenshot of the S:P Administration Page in PDF format here: https://docs.google.com/docume.....J8w3M/edit

I see a caching plugin in use there...  you cannot cache the forum page since its dynamically generated and all display is on a single wp page... you need to tell it to ignore the forum page and the let the forum do its own internal caching...

also, your calendar events plugin is loading is js twice...

as to the display, are you referring to the forum showing in the sidebar??  if so, its the wp theme doing abnormal things... please go to forum - integration - page and permalink and play with the display in loop and display multiple options...

I think the issue with the sidebar is all set. Thanks.

Still a problem with using the actual forum though. I've set HyperCache to ignore the forum, cleared the cache, and upgraded SP to 5.0.5 just to be sure.

Here's more specifically what the problem is:

If the user is logged out, then they can click through and into the forums to view them (they're empty though).

If the user is logged in, all they can get to is a profile page of sorts but it says "Profile form could not be found []" and a little red alert pops up briefly that says "Forum rules require you to change your password in order to view forum or save your profile", but there's no way to do that since it can't load the profile form. Screenshot attached. If you try to click to go to any forum from here, it just reloads this profile page.

Is there anything else that might be affecting it besides the caching plugin?

go to forum - toolbox - housekeeping and click on the reset profile tabs and menus button... that should fix the profile form not showing...

then on forum - profile - profile options, there is an option to force users to their profile on first login and an option to force password change... you must have set those... if you dont want them, just disable...

We made the changes you suggested. However once we are signed in we are unable to access the forums to add a topic (at the moment there are no topics). If you go to the forum you can see we have added three posts, however we are unable to use them as either guests or as users.

We attempted to access the forum using IE, FF and Chrome. We used Admin accounts and accounts created for test purposes.

Here is a screen shot after being logged in.Screen-Shot-2012-05-21-at-9.34.58-AM.pngImage Enlarger

I dont see three posts???  what do you mean by cannot use them?  I have no issue going to a forum...

and it still looks like hyper cache is caching the forum:

</body>

</problem-with-post-edit-buttontml><!-- hyper cache: 7b4dc08b55abf377fde5271598148988 12-05-21 03:25:28 -->

and the event calendar stuff is still getting loaded twice:

<script type='text/javascript' src='http://www.wellesparkbulldog.com/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/resources/jquery.pjax.js'></script>

<script type='text/javascript' src='http://www.wellesparkbulldog.com/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/resources/events.js'></script>

look in the page source, you will see those two lines twice (not right together though)...
