WP Forum Page Keeps Deleting

My forum permalinks keep breaking. I can fix the issue by specifying the forum page in the WP Forum Page Details option but it continues to break when users post. Is this a bug and how do I resolve this issue?

There is no known bug in this area. We have had a couple of folks with similar issue but each resolved itself. And neither was related to a user posting.
So can you provide more info? Like wp/sp versions. Ssl? Other wp plugins? No caching plugins right?
To collect more data, try temp switch to default WP theme and see if still occurs. If so then try disabling all other plugins and see if still occurs. If not, the rentable one by one until it breaks.
