For the past month the Forum randomly removes the WP Page it is displayed on and the site displays a 404 error. I then go to the Integration - Page and Permalink section in the Forum admin and select the WP Page I have the forum posted on and hit update which displays the forum again. Anyone know why the WP Page continues to randomly remove itself?

By 'removes the WP Page it is displayed on' - do you mean the actual, physical page record within WP - or the page setting?
And you say the 'past month'. Does this mean it was stable prior to that? And of so - can you remember any changes that might have been made around that time - and I mean changes to the site like new or updated WP plugins, theme changes etc....?

In the Integration – Page and Permalink section the first option that asks you to select the WP page that the forum will be placed on. The record with randomly remove itself. The times it has removed itself was not during anytime that I was making changes to the site. Sometimes it is 2-3 times per day. Then nothing will happen for a few days or more.Thanks for the help!

please do... for one other user with similar problem it seems to have fixed it.. and incidentally that same change is already in sp 5.3
