When a user logs in via the WP Login screen (not the forum), they are automatically directed to the forum profile instead of their WP User profile or dashboard. The WP profile page starts to load but is then replaced mid-load by the SP profile page.
I've looked at all my settings but cannot find the source of this error. Is this a settings thing? If so, what settings do I alter?

If this is on a users very first visit after registration then check the SP profile options for this and turn it off.
If it happens with every login then check the SP login and registration panel as you may have a redirect there that should be changed.
You might also want to look at the 'WP Admin Pages Access' in the SP Global Options panel as you may want to change those.
