Support Forum
Hi,
I decided to create a new thread, so that what I'm asking will be helpful to other folks.
At the suggestion of my ISP I installed WP Super Cache. (think this helps their servers as well as me?)
I'm still setting up my forum. Significant delays in changing themes and overlays makes me suspect the caching. And something you said on another thread makes me think that caching the forum is not a good idea. There is a function to exclude pages from the caching, but it wants a string ending with .php. I know enough about .php to know that I dont' want to mess with it, without knowing what I'm doing.
So the question is, what is the string that I would enter? Screenshot attached for clarity. If it is site specific how would I know what the string is?
Thanks!
it depends on what the name of you wp page is... the slug actually... so if you forum page was 'forum' (but without the quotes), you would enter
/forum/
and if 'Support Forum', you would enter
/support-forum/
you can get the slug from editing the wp page the forum is on...
