A lot of my users are like to post youtube movies, is there a bbcode for it?

No.
SP supports the WP oEmbed protocol so all you need to do is paste the YouTube URL into the post.

Oh i did not know about this.

Is it an option that you enable/disable?

Reason why i ask is because if i paste a youtube url into a forum post, it only shows the link to the video.

Depends what version of WP you are using, If I recall correctly it used to be on the admin > Settings > Media panel but I believe in 3.5 they removed the option and force it to be active.

It seems my forum needed a page refresh to get the video visible after creating a post with an YouTube url.

No idea why, but it´s working as intended now.
