SP tinymce? that likely means that your wp theme or another wp plugin is improperly adding buttons to the wp tinymce editor... too many themes and plugins improperly assume the wp tinymce editor is only used in the admin, which is wrong as the wp api supports anywhere... usually its because they hook into init instead of admin_init if they are not accounting for usage anywhere...
do you know if your theme or other plugins are adding buttons to the wp editor? we can help correct it if so...

Can somebody direct me where to go to disable TinyMCE to see if that fixes my issue?
Mr. Papa, i'd gladly take you up on that fix if that's what's causing it. I haven't changed my theme over as we have a high traffic website and I'm trying to find a good time to do so. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks!
its a plugin for SP... so forum - plugins - list plugins... and deactivate the SP tinymce plugin...
she has not acknowledged yet that its the sp tinymce plugin... so might be something else if you dont use that... but post #10 info would be useful when you can...

Don't know if this will help anyone but I was having the same problem and just joined the forum to fix it, only to find that the problem was ongoing. I played with my site some more and found that if I just pasted the url in it didn't work as wordpress just turned the url into a link, but if I selected "html" and then pasted the url, then saved it, wordpress automatically turned it into an embedded video.
...so I guess I just paid $40 to become a simple press support guy for the day.... doh!
