so you completely ignored us telling you to create your own theme? if so, when you update, dont be surprised if you lose your changes to our theme...
and you still did not tell me where you themes are located... but as previously said, will just assume the default location...
so then yeah, just like I said previously, you would add those styles to:
wp-content/sp-resources/forum-themes/default/styles/default.php
is the file where you would add the new styling we gave you for the add reply and add topic buttons... just checked again and does work... if you modify the css, be sure to clear your browser cache before looking...

i put the#spPostNewButtonBottom, #spPostNewButtonBottom { font-size:100%; font-weight:bold; } in the End of filewp-content/sp-resources/forum-themes/default/styles/default.php
It has not made any effect!!!
i put the
#spPostNewButtonBottom, #spPostNewButtonBottom { font-size:100%; font-weight:bold; } in the End of file
first, a couple times, we told you the top one should
spPostNewButtonTop... did you clear your browser cache?

as shown previously, put
#spPostNewButtonTop,
#spPostNewButtonBottom {
font-size:100%;
font-weight:bold;
border;2px;
}
in your default.php styles file... at the end if fine...
