Activated Subscribe Plugin and now have blank screen

I followed the instructions to upload the subscribe plugin and everything seemed fine, but When I clicked 'activate' everything went blank - now I've lost my forum - its just a blank page, and when I go to my dashboard I get the same thing...help??

Ok sorry, rookie mistake, I searched the forum and got the answer - my plugin was saved as subscription1, thanks - all fixed now!
