Want to add something that says: Original Start date: and then have guys a place to put in their date..I tried to do this but not 100% successful..can u leave me exactly what I need to enter into the template

Sorry, not understanding what you want to do... Can you explain in more detail? put in their date??? are we talking birthdate? are you using the birthdays plugin?

no custum fields plugin..I have a gamibg community and want to post the original start date (before simple press) so I want it to say: Original member since: then guys can edit their profile and change to the date they started

yes i created it: Original Member since
but now what..I had this issue with the last one but got it fixed..the problem with this one is that I dont know how to get the words: "Original member since" before the date they enter in..I know where to put it, just not exactly sure how to put it toegther

What version of the custom profile fields plugin are you using? In V1.2 ( am sure it was 1.2) a new twmlate tag was added but it has not been documented yet. This is called sp_CustomProfileFieldsDisplayExtended().
If you look in the file in the template-tags folder of the plugin you will find it.
Do you know how to read the code or do you need help with it? You will see it takes more arguments, has more options and includes a label parameter.
