This is more of a question. The "Need Moderation" button shows in red the number of posts that needs to be moderated. My question is, how does it supposed to work? Where does a moderator or admin take it from there?
I would assume that it is a link, but on my site it is not a link. Is it supposed to be a link? If not, how do you jump to posts that need approval?

click on the button to left... the one that says view new posts... the ones that say unread, need moderation and spam are not buttons (though they do like ones)... all of the are shown when clicking on view new posts... It should be clear via colors and text which are which...
