Same issue uploading the 'image and file uploader plugin' cryhttp://screencast.com/t/jqiBPPobI

After installing the 'online plugin' I activated it and refreshed my forum page and I didn't see the online light as well.

Also I'm having trouble trying to upload an avatar to my profile even after I change the setting around. I set it up so users could upload the image from the forum page profile and it does show the uploader on the right of the avatar options.

LOL yeah that took me a little brain storming to figure that questioned out. You guys are making learn new stuff about my business, so I guess it's not a bad thing 😉

So what do you suggested I need to do to get this fixed?

Even if I get these plugins working I have a small suspicion

that this problem may still occur with other plugins. :/

I really love this forum plugin and It was my first choice for a

fully customized and scalable forum. I just hope I can get these

issues squared away so I can get back to doing what I love!

you said back in post 11 it was fixed...  what else is wrong?

I cannot explain why it would create the plugin in online1 vs online... and by 'it', I mean WP... wp does all the extraction and what not... and the directory it creates will be named the same as the zip archive you give it, minus the .zip extension...

and it is not occurring thus far for others...

have you tried another plugin?

you can always simply download the zip archive, extract it on your computer and then upload the plugin folder and its contents to your server via ftp rather than the wp plugin installer...
