All,

When new members are added to my forum, I want to auto subscribe them to all of the forums that their permissions allow. As it stands now, the only subscription preference that a new member acquires is the "Auto subscribe to topics I post in."

In other words, I'd like be able to set a new members' default subscription preferences when they are added to the forum ... preferably, for forums and topics. The new member could then change these preferences in their profile after they sign in for the first time.

By the way, I have both of the required plug-in's installed and activated (Subscriptions and Membership Subscribe).

Also, I'm aware of the option under the "Add Permission" method under "Manage Groups And Forums" ... but this appears to only work when adding a new permission. It doesn't appear to work with existing permissions.
