Hey there,
after all the problems I´m setting up a new Design for my Page.
I have a test installation to set up the theme and everything before and make sure everything works before putting it live.
So I installed Blogpostlinking and Buddypress support for SP.
Problems i faced:
1.) Topics/Replies made by Blogpostlinking are niot shown in the Forum List (Forum Count says no Topics/Replies) but when i get into the forum i see teh posts/topics there
2.) the replies/topics added by BlogpostLinking Plugin are not shown up in the Activity Stream of Buddypress as intended.
With the former version of SP and the Plugins on my "recent page" it works. Can you take a look at it and reply if you are able to reproduce this issue?

cant take a look without a link...
no wp caching plugins right? or at least if so, they are excluding the forum page?
also how are you viewing the activity stream? the user will have to have permission to view the forum and topic fully... also, what settings do you have for the bp plugin?

I have no additional caching installed afaik.
I´m the "only user" on my testsite (Admin).
I just saw, that the counter is reacting a bit delayed so this seems to work but the BP issue is still...

We will need to set up test data for the buddypress question - I do not even have it installed! So that will be a little longer to answer. But if the count is showing up after about 15 minuters then that is some new caching we put in place although I rather thought that had been overwritten when a new topic was added. SO I will need to chack on that separately.

when I look as guest, the posts in the forum are shown in the activity stream... I see the same posts in both... can you explain further what you are not seeing?

seems like those topics are blog linked topics... can you run a couple tests where you generate new topics and new replies in the forum itself and see it happens right? perhaps there is an activity stream problem with blog linked topics getting created...

Whe I make up a Topic in this Forum is immediatly appears in stream.

I have confirmed myself that blog linked topics when created don't get added to the activity strean... This is an issue with the blog link plugin not the buddypress plugin. Blog linking does not use our post class so it doesn't tell other plugins about the new topic... We already had a ticket for using the class planned for next release but didn't know it affected this, so just validates our short list...
