All they told me was that the plugin is calling too much memory. I'm so bummed. I've been waiting for this plugin to come out for a very long time. :(

well, dont give up just yet!  it is in beta after all...   just have to figure out how to recreate or understand...

you tried it with all other wp plugins and bp plugins deactivated?  so just wp, bp and sp?

How do I synch the BuddyPress profile fields to the Simple:Press profiles?  In other words, make sure both profiles share all the same fields.  As it is, the fields in both profiles are different which can lead to MUCH confusion with the end-user.

These are my BuddyPress profile fields http://tattoosailorsonline.com.....39-PM3.jpg

and these are my Simple:Press fields http://tattoosailorsonline.com.....-39-PM.jpg

Is there a way to do this, currently, or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Why would you want to synch them and manage in two places?

part of this plugin is to move the forum profile fields to the buddypress profile form... then you redirect the forum profile to the buddypress profile... and you have just one...

Jamie,

another mystery as I dont see that...  I dont even know what buddypress does with follow up comments - certainly we dont have any code that can (or should) be affecting that...  I will play around with those comments and see if I can figure out what is going on and/or duplicate it...

its a shame that buddypress doesnt deal with time properly... for a social network plugin, wonder why they just ignored the whole user timezone issue...  your in a lucky situation where everyone is in the same timezone, but that's the exception not the rule... ;)

Our website link: http://ucgym.com  , if you want to check it out.

But the interesting part is what with a previous version of buddypress plugin for SP, BuddyPress posts were working fine. Time problem was just with SP forum updates. Maybe you should check the things you have change since then.

On Apr 18, 2013 3:11 am (as I can see from my post here) we had a problem with Forum posts time on Activity page.

I am not sure which version of buddypress plugin for SP, was available then.

The only change was on the timestamp we pass to buddypress when creating our activity...  it was adjusted to take out the user timezone offset simple press uses and force it to the server timezone (will be wrong for anyone not in the server timezone, but that is how BP rolls)...

are you now saying ALL buddypress activity is wrong time?  earlier you were indicating it was comment replies to simple press activity...

still need to look into when I get a chance... but cannot duplicate on bp activity, that is for sure, just need to test more on replies to sp activity...
