Yep... can you tell what tables are ?

You were getting the same error I was so your problem is in your database. Go to your phpMyAdmin and check out your database tables. Make sure there are no duplicate tables. If there isn't then optimize them and see if that works.

still a bit clueless as to how the extra tables were causing an issue... nothing was probably using them...  weird...

It would be great if the plugin came with a feature that on your Buddypress profile you can set up your signature not sure if it does?

Internal 500 server errors are going to be very specific to your environment and not something that can be diagnosed without going to look at the server logs (as the message suggests) and probably your hosting support. But the error logs will usually have further information that may be enough.

Im on my cpannel what would be the information that you need? Where would I need to go to get the error logs?

There is usually a section for log files where you can view the last x number of entries. You probably need the server error logs and you need to look for that 500 server error code and see what it says.

I assume you were just trying to paste a php error saying memory exhausted...  which is the same as the other user... but no explanation of why - we do not understand since we run it in very small amounts (ie 32M) of memory...  of course, memory consumption is based on other wp themes and plugins... but even adding 256M of memory does not seem to matter here...

what would be helpful would be if you host could track down where the memory was going.. which process or script was using it...  because except for these two cases, it has not been repeatable and frankly, we have no information to even begin to troubleshoot...

As I can see... there a few users that have the same issue (me too) with this plugins... that frezzes the WP and even with 800M of memory it crashes...

Hope that Mr Papa and the team finds a solution soon...

yes, as stated, currently two users having the problem - not a general issue. But not much information currently to go on... bit frustrating... hard to debug or troubleshoot when you cannot recreate...
