No, we are not using any avatar plugins. I attached the list of the plugins we use.

okay, I think I can recreate the time issue... not sure about a fix - BP does everything in GMT... might be a simple conversion but with our user based times, might still be somewhat off...
but unable to duplicate the avatar issue at this point... this is version 0.9, right?
any other of the beta testers seeing that??

version updated to 0.91... download in the first post...
lets see if that fixes the buddypress time issue since it doesnt support time settings per user...

Also, I am having a issue with avatars when I try to use bp avatars for sp, instead of showing the uploaded bp avatar in sp, it displays the default wp set avatar as if none was uploaded in bp.

sheesh. yup syntax error in 0.91. I added something that requires SP 5.3 so needed to comment it out for the beta testing, but commented out the wrong line... 
so grab 0.92 now...
so uploaded bp avatars? what about gravatars through bp? are those working for you? having trouble duplicating this...

okay, I think I figured out the sequence and logic to make the avatar issue occur... bit tricky! 
now to see about a solution...

okay, new version 0.93...
this should fix the avatar issue when set to use BP in forum in some instances...
please let me know...
would love to hear back on the time fix too and whether it worked for everyone...

Avatars do show up in sp now if they are uploaded in bp, but they are fuzzy. I tried setting both the bp and sp avatar size the same to see if it was a resizing issue but its fuzzy set at the same size. I tried setting them both to 100px. Then I tried setting bp to 150px and sp to 100px to see if maybe resizing smaller would help but its still fuzzy.
Time fix did work for me for new activities 
, I didn't even notice that was off till someone here mentioned it but mine was a few hours off as well before.

good news on the avatar and time...
which avatars are fuzzy? assume you mean bp used in sp, but which ones? the header? user info in topic view? profiles? all?
I will try to check if we should be passing some height/width info around...
