Hi, my site was running bbpress+buddypress until today that i have just installed simplepress... i love this forum plugin.

The problem is that when I try to put this plugin it frezzes the entire server, no way to access it via FTP or by the CP...

I own a deddicated server with 2 gb ram, and my site has around 34k users...

I´m trying to access now to manually delete the plugin, i tried 2 times and the same error...

if you need more additional info just ask

more info on what?  we talking about the buddpress plugin beta for simple press??  you did add the buddypress plugin as a simple press plugin and not a wp plugin, right?

a plugin cannot affect http://ftp... so if you cannot delete something from ftp, talk with your host - it wont be anything we are doing...

if you cannot get to your server via ftp, yes its a server problem... wp or plugin cannot do that...

are you talking simple press plugin here?  or the sp buddypress plugin for simple press...  two different things...  simple press gets installed as wp plugin... sp buddypress gets installed as a simple press plugin...

Yep, is a server problem, but it comes when i upload the plugin ( directly by the sp plugin uploader) and once activated the site frezzes... i think that does a bad script or something...  i tried 2 times with no luck...

sorry again for my english

but that WILL NOT stop ftp from doing anything...

what does the error log say?

look on your server in the sp-resource/forum-plugins directory and what directory was created?  make sure it is buddypress.... no number on the end of the directory...
