well, they must be able to log in... or else they wouldnt be admins or moderators...  do you mean access to the wp admin?  if so, you control what they can access... being an SP admin or moderator does NOT give them any more access to any of the other wp panels or sp panels unless you so grant permission...  they would just be able to access the one single admin/moderator options panel...

but no worries...  what you are doing will work until too...  until you add new forums...
