Can I set permission not allow only guest to view image but can view any message posted by everyone?

sorry, but I am not understanding the question...

are you asking is there a permission that allows guests to view message content, but not view images in the content??  If so, the answer is no...  afraid that is not something that has been asked for only once before (and we do have a ticket for it, just low priority due to lack of requests)...
