can't get the files to upload

I can't get the plugin to upload with ftp, cpanel ftp, or the built in uploader. I am using optimize press 2 as a theme and I have changed the folders to 777, 755 and I still can't it uploaded.

 

Any idea?

Got it fixed. In cpanel the folder was not showing a owner.
