Can't see the "Anyone can register" option in the General Settings page

Hello,

I'm new to this forum and was told to select the "Anyone can register" option in the General Display Settings to get the Register button to appear on the forum page, but don't see it here.

In the General Display Settings page I have the following option titles:

-Forum page title, Forum View Formatting, Topic View formatting, Unread Posts, Single Forum Sites, Display Forum Stats.

Please could someone assist me with this.

Brandon actually meant to refer you to the WP Menu 'Settings' - 'General' tab. Registrations is strictly a WP affair!
