okay, please find attached the beta version of the updated captcha plugin to add the captcha to the wp multisite signup page...   obviously it will only do this on the site (main or network) where sp and this plugin is installed - ie wont work across multiple sites...

just upload it over the top of your current captcha plugin... will change version number from 1.1.4 to 1.1.4.1...

please provide feedback after you try it out...

Thank you! I used the plugin uploader to add the new file:

  • new file did not overwrite original file
  • user test generated the following warning message
    Image Enlarger

  • accessed web server to investigate and discovered captcha1 directory, deleted captcha directory, and renamed captcha1 to captcha
  • created a new test, got the same warning except it now references line 84
  • received the email to activate the account

It's possible the session id warning was generated because I had not cleared cookies before testing.

so confused... you fixed it so you only have one plugin, right?

be sure to clear you browser cache and potentially any cookies for the domain in question...

I have had the same problem. Almost bonked my wordpress and i had to ftp in and rename the captcha1 to captcha.

At the registration form i am now getting 'are u a human' captcha game pop up after i click the submit button.

Correct? cool

captcha game pop up

what does that mean??

there is no popup... on the signup form, there will be four icons with instructions to drag a specific icon into a drop circle...

do you have a link???
