Support Forum
The warning I mentioned in Post #37 continues to appear after submitting user name, email and captcha image. I have cleared cache/cookies and tested in different browsers and computers. Additionally, I looked for extra spaces in the php files.
My theme support (Genesis/Studio Press) has directed me back to the plugin for resolution.
It was anti-splog plugin for Multi-site i was using and i disabled it to try SP captcha. Unfortunately SP captcha is still not showing...
this is my url http://eatfitliving.com/register/
okay, so what page is that??? that is NOT a standard wp multisite signup form... Now, I do notice that the standard wp multisite signup (http://eatfitliving.com/wp-signup.php) page is redirecting there, so either you have a plugin or theme that is taking control of the standard wp... could it be that antisplog thing??? but I am guessing its buddypress...
but more importantly, they have changed the standard wp ID that identifies the form which is certainly why its not showing up... I just dont know if they have changed anything else... oh why do folks insist on changing standard wp stuff especially if its buddypress - they should know better...
so lets try a quick test to see if just adjusting for the form ID is enough...
in the plugin dir, open file sp-captcha-plugin.php... go down to line 131 and find this line:
sp_captcha_do_registration_form('setupform', $errors);
and try changing
setupform
to
signup_form
clear you browser cache, and see if it starts showing up now...
