Sorry if this has been covered - I didn't find anything in a search.
The Configuration Panel is not displaying - I have the Template Tags and Widgets
Plugin installed and activated - but the Configuration Panel isn't showing so I can't seem to use it.
Suggestions?

Configuration panel? Sorry, there isn't one. See out codex, under plugins then template tags for help (sorry away from computer and can't get link)
